Minimum Passing Requirements
To successfully complete a course, students must meet the following conditions:
- Obtain at least 20% marks in continuous/ongoing assessments (assignments, quizzes, mid-terms, etc.)
- Secure at least 20% marks in the final examination
- Achieve a minimum of 40% overall (aggregate score) after combining both components

The GPA is determined by multiplying the grade point of each course with its credit hours. The total is then divided by the overall credit hours taken during that semester.- GPA Formula:

The CGPA reflects a student’s overall performance across all semesters. It is calculated as the weighted average of all grade points earned in every attempted course.- Even if a student fails a course (“F”), the grade is included in the calculation.
- If a course is repeated, only the better grade is considered for CGPA.
